Prospective editors are encouraged to submit proposals for novel scholarly research journals on contemporary research topics in modern engineering. Please include in the proposal

names of the prospective editorial board;

aims;

scope;

intended audience;

strong reasons for starting the journal;

competing journals in existence, if any;

is a web-based journal acceptable? Is a printed version preferable? Are color graphics and videos contemplated?

the contemplated frequency per year, of the proposed journal;

a list of prospective contributor and subscriber base, if available
