ABSTRACT = {Urethral stricture continues to challenge boundaries of minimally invasive laser enucleation of the prostate (MiLEP) particularly when low-caliber systems preclude conventional transurethral morcellation when using an Ultra Slim 18.5 Fr mini resectoscope. We describe a simple yet effective technical adaptation using suprapubic morcellation that may overcome this limitation and expand the indications for a fully endoscopic approach in patients who would otherwise not be considered candidates offering a reproducible and low-morbidity solution. The objective of this article is to describe a surgical alternative for endoscopic prostatic adenoma morcellation.},
