We present the fi rst case of a RAP that developed as a result of an isolated deceleration injury. The patient presented 3 years after his injury with symptoms of gross hematuria, right fl ank pain, and syncope. Diagnosis of his RAP was made by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and angiography.
