AB  - We present the case of a 69-year-old male with incidentally discovered capillary hemangiomas at radical prostatectomy. Hemangiomas of genitourinary origin are extremely rare, typically benign vascular tumors. This finding represents the first reported hemangioma within a radical prostatectomy specimen.
