AB  - Paraganglioma of the urinary bladder is a rare tumor that often presents with hypertensive crisis during micturition. We herein present the unusual case of a 45-year-old female with metastatic paraganglioma treated with robotic-assisted partial cystectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy. We review the literature regarding the evaluation and management of paraganglioma of the bladder.
