AB  - Vulvodynia is a debilitating disorder which can prove extremely difficult to treat.  Neuromodulation is increasingly becoming a frontline therapy in various chronic pain syndromes. We present a relatively simple surgical technique utilizing targeted neuromodulation leading to the successful treatment of vulvodynia.
