Water Vapor Thermal Therapy (WVTT) is a minimally invasive BPH treatment, but its safety and efficacy in this setting are unclear. Case Description: We report three men with localized PCa on active surveillance who underwent WVTT for LUTS. Conclusions: WVTT appears safe and potentially effective in treating LUTS, especially in those with lower-risk disease and smaller prostate volumes. Further research is needed to confirm safety, efficacy, and optimal patient selection.
