    Abstract Numerical investigations on flow topology, heat transfer behavior and thermal performance evaluation in a circular tube heat exchanger with the punched delta winglet vortex generators (PDWVG) inserted in the middle of the test section are presented. The effects of the flow attack angles that converging to the center of the tube; α = 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, and flow directions; winglet tips pointing downstream and upstream, are investigated for the Reynolds numbers; Re = 100 – 2000.     Abstract Overall heat transfer coefficients of the heat exchanger inserted twisted plates for CO2 were measured. The overall heat transfer coefficients increased with mass flow rates of water at the same Reynolds number in the experiment.     Abstract A very simple displacement-based hexahedral 32-node element (denoted as DPH32), with over-integration in the thickness direction, is developed in this paper for static and dynamic analyses of laminated composite plates and shells.     Abstract Placement of an artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) remains the gold standard for treatment of stress urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. Persistent or recurrent incontinence after AUS placement can occur. Options then include cuff revision or placement of a retrourethral transobturator sling (RTS), among other alternatives. This report describes simultaneous cuff revision and placement of a RTS for management of refractory stress urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.     Abstract Introduction: High submuscular (HSM) inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) reservoir insertion is a new technique that involves placing the reservoir high beneath the muscles of the abdominal wall. We queried a variety of surgeons to assess their impressions of how HSM reservoir placement compares with traditional space of Retzius (SOR) placement.
    Materials and methods: A nationwide group of urologists trained in HSM reservoir placement was surveyed to assess preferences and concerns compared to SOR placement.     Characteristics and outcomes of men who fail to leak on intubated urodynamics prior to artificial urinary sphincter placement

    Abstract Introduction: To report the characteristics and anti-incontinence outcomes of men who fail to demonstrate incontinence on intubated urodynamics (UDS).
    Materials and methods: From 2005 to 2013, the records of men who underwent UDS prior to artificial urinary sphincter (AUS) were reviewed. The histories, UDS, endoscopies, and anti-incontinence outcomes of men who failed to demonstrate incontinence on intubated UDS were recorded. In our UDS protocol, the urodynamic urethral catheter was removed and the UDS was repeated to elicit incontinence without the urethral catheter. The valsalva leak point pressure (VLPP) was obtained via the rectal catheter in these men.

    Abstract 3D numerical investigations for heat transfer characteristics and flow configurations in a fin–and-oval-tube heat exchanger with V-tip pointing downstream delta winglet pairs (DDWP) are examined. The DDWPs are placed on the fin surface with pointing downstream and the oval tube row number is set at three in a staggered arrangement.     Abstract This paper presents the method of improvement of enhancing the performance of triangular pyramid solar still with and without latent heat energy storage. For comparing the productivity of solar still with and without LHTESS a solar still is designed, fabricated. Experiments are conducted in hot and humid climate of Chennai, India.
