    Abstract In the present study, we found that lung cancer cell line (H460 cells) expressing Tet1 showed higher levels of adhesion, and Tet1 inhibited H460 cell proliferation. In addition, these cells showed a significantly reduced ability of collagen degradation and Smad2/3 phosphorylation compared to controls.
