    Abstract This paper deals with the numerical study of heat and mass transfer occurring in a cavity filled with a low Prandtl number liquid.     Abstract Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL) are the most common lymphomas worldwide. They also appear to be the most common primary retroperitoneal lymphomas, but this presentation is relatively uncommon in the literature. Retroperitoneal masses, including lymphomas, often present with nonspecifc symptoms and laboratory values, necessitating radiographic assessment and consideration of mass biopsy prior to the initiation of treatment.     Adverse pathologic characteristics in the small renal mass: implications for active surveillance

    Abstract Introduction: Evidence has demonstrated that tumor size is related to adverse oncologic outcomes in small renal tumors (≤ 4 cm). We evaluated the association of adverse pathologic features (APF) with tumor size and survival in patients with a small renal mass (SRM).
    Materials and methods: We retrospectively reviewed the pathologic characteristics of 380 surgically resected SRMs from a single institution. APFs included lymphovascular invasion, coagulative necrosis, sarcomatoid/rhabdoid features, papillary type II histology, and perinephric fat/renal sinus invasion.     Abstract Introduction: Data on the utilization of open, laparoscopic and robotic adrenalectomy on a national level is limited.
    Materials and methods: Data on patients who underwent open, laparoscopic, or robotic adrenalectomy for benign or malignant disease in the US from 2003-2013 were extracted using ICD-9 codes from the Premier Hospital Database. Surgeon specialty, patient demographics, hospital characteristics, and complications were compared. Data were analyzed using univariate and multivariable logistic regression analyses.
