    Abstract Accurate assessment of climate anxiety is crucial, yet the cross-cultural transportability of existing instruments remains an open question. This study translated and validated the Hogg Climate Anxiety Scale for the Chinese context. A total of 959 students (females = 69.7%; M age = 19.60 years, SD = 1.40 years) completed the Hogg Climate Anxiety Scale, with the Climate Change Anxiety Scale and the Anxiety Presence Subscale served as criterion measures for concurrent validity. This study evaluates the effects of AC duty-cycling strategies on energy performance, thermal comfort, and operational costs in office environments.     Abstract This study aimed to determine the reliability, validity and measurement invariance of scores from the Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale-8 in Chinese context. A total of 1114 Chinese adolescents were participants in three phases: N = 424 for the initial DERS-8 measure completion; N = 586 the DERS-8, General Anxiety Disorder Scale, Depression Scale and Emotion Regulation Scale completion, with an interval of one month. This study investigates the impact of integrating ceiling fans with higher air conditioning setpoints on thermal comfort and energy efficiency in office environments. Field measurements and questionnaire surveys were conducted to evaluate thermal comfort and energy-saving potential under varying conditions.
