    Abstract The symmetry breaking bifurcation (SBB) phenomenon in a deterministic parameter Duffing system (DP-DS) is well known, yet the problem how would SBB phenomenon happen in a Duffing system with random parameter (RP-DS) is still open.     Abstract In the present article, a relatively very new technique viz. Coupled Fractional Reduced Differential Transform, has been executed to attain the approximate numerical solution of the predator-prey dynamical system. The fractional derivatives are defined in the Caputo sense. Utilizing the present method we can solve many linear and nonlinear coupled fractional differential equations. The results thus obtained are compared with those of other available methods. Numerical solutions are presented graphically to show the simplicity and authenticity of the method. More >

    Abstract This study is based on the modeling of the air flow in the hall building including heating and air-conditioning systems. The building contains two converter stations “valves” considered as heat sources. Heat transfer in the hall is numerically simulated using the standard k-ε model of turbulence.     Abstract Species belonging to the tribe Salicornieae (Chenopodiaceae), called jumes, are rich in salts, reflecting its halophytic nature. The leaf and stem anatomy of Allenfolfea patagonica, Heterostachys olivascens and H. ritteriana were studied. The material, collected in the Salitral de la Vidriera located 30 km from Bahia Blanca (Buenos Aires, Argentina), was fixed, dehydrated, embedded and stained with traditional techniques for plant anatomy.
