    Abstract Introduction: To test with actual data a new decision algorithm derived by probability modeling of the number of positive cores, for deciding insignificant versus significant prostate cancer, based on prostate volume, Gleason score, tumor length on biopsy cores, and number of positive cores.
    Materials and methods: A dataset of 59 cancer-involved autopsied prostate glands from patients aged 42 to 92 years with prostate volumes of 22 cc to 95 cc was used.     Abstract Triage is a method for determining the priority of patients’ treatment to improve survival rates. Different triage methods are used in hospitals, and they are applied after performing an evaluation based on standard methods such as the Japan Triage Acuity Scale (JTAS) or Emergency Severity Index (ESI).     Abstract Introduction: To develop and validate a lower urinary tract symptom score (LUTSS) as a measure of lower urinary tract symptom (LUTS) severity and a treatment outcome tool in adults.
    Materials and methods: An expert panel was convened to develop the LUTSS questionnaire. Content validity was achieved by obtaining subject and expert feedback from two prospective drafts. Subjects were divided into three groups: normal, LUTS and overactive bladder (OAB). Questionnaire was administered on two separate occasions within 1-2 weeks.     Abstract Introduction: Penile prosthesis implantation (PPI) is the definitive surgical treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED), yet it is often delayed for a variety of reasons. From commercial and Medicare claims data, we previously developed a tool for determining a patient’s likelihood of eventually receiving PPI.
