    Abstract This paper proposes an improved high-precision 3D semantic mapping method for indoor scenes using RGB-D images. The current semantic mapping algorithms suffer from low semantic annotation accuracy and insufficient real-time performance. To address these issues, we first adopt the Elastic Fusion algorithm to select key frames from indoor environment image sequences captured by the Kinect sensor and construct the indoor environment space model.     Abstract The effect of beta-lactam antibiotics on shoot induction and plantlet regeneration from cotyledonary nodes was tested using two peanut cultivars. The culture media contained 4 mg/L 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) as the main growth regulator. Various concentrations (100–600 mg/L) of cefotaxime, carbenicillin, and timentin were applied in the culture media. In all the tested media, there were no significant differences in the shoot induction as compared to the control. However, little phytotoxic effect was observed at higher concentrations of these antibiotics in the shoot elongation media. Herein, a core–shell magnetic biocarbon catalyst functionalized with sulfonic acid (Fe3O4@SiO2@chitosan-SO3H, MBC-SO3H) was prepared to be efficient for the synthesis of various N-substituted pyrroles (up to 99% yield) from bio-based hexanedione and amines under mild conditions.
