Summary

The adaptable, revolutionary character of artificial intelligence (AI) across a wide range of fields is what we aim to examine and understand in this special issue. With the potential that extends far beyond the conventional spheres of computing and data analysis, AI has unquestionably left a lasting impression on society and industry. As a result, this issue aims to explore how AI interacts symbiotically with various disciplines, including engineering, education, medicine, environmental research, and art.

Our goal is to promote an in-depth awareness of AI’s expanding effect, not just as a technology on its own but also as a potent catalyst for innovation and growth in various fields. We examine the advantages, prospects, and potential dangers of incorporating AI into these sectors, focusing on the moral ramifications, real-world difficulties, and social effects. We also want to examine how this interdisciplinary convergence influences AI’s future.

This issue will comprise a variety of original research articles, thorough reviews, case studies, professional opinions, and predictive pieces, all of which will contribute to a general discussion on the interdisciplinary integration of AI. To promote a worldwide conversation on the many applications and implications of AI in uncharted areas, we encourage papers from academics, practitioners, and researchers worldwide. In the interesting, always-developing field of artificial intelligence, we aspire to encourage new lines of research and development by bringing fresh ideas to the AI community through the broad lens of multidisciplinary integration.
