Effective from the first issue of 2026, Nuova Rivista Storica (ISSN: 0029-6236) will be published by Tech Science Press (TSP). This transition is designed to enhance the journal's academic impact and global visibility while ensuring an improved publishing experience for researchers. The journal's aims, scope, and formatting guidelines will remain unchanged.
Beginning with the first issue of 2027, Nuova Rivista Storica will transition to a fully Open Access publishing model. This transition is intended to further enhance the journal’s academic visibility, accessibility, and global impact. From 1 June 2026 onward, all newly submitted manuscripts that are accepted for publication will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC). Throughout 2026, Nuova Rivista Storica will continue to operate under its current hybrid publishing model.
