We are delighted to announce that Dr. Yingtao Jiang, professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, has taken over as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the IASC-Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing.
After receiving his Ph. D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, USA, in August 2001, Dr. Jiang joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as an assistant professor. He was then promoted to full professor in the same department in 2013. Dr. Jiang served as the chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2015-2018 and the associate dean of UNLV Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering from 2018. Dr. Jiang’s research spans many areas, including VLSI integrated circuit design, design automation, computer architectures, wireless networks, machine learning, cloud computing, and nanotechnologies. He has published over 110 articles in reputed journals and more than 130 peer-reviewed conference papers in these areas.
