Research on Architecture of Risk Assessment System Based on Block Chain

    Yang Zhao1, Shibin Zhang1,*, Min Yang1, Peilin He1, Qirun Wang2

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.61, No.2, pp. 677-686, 2019, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2019.05936

Abstract The risk assessment system has been applied to the information security, energy, medical and other industries. Through the risk assessment system, it is possible to quantify the possibility of the impact or loss caused by an event before or after an event, thereby avoiding the risk or reducing the loss. However, the existing risk assessment system architecture is mostly a centralized architecture, which could lead to problems such as data leakage, tampering, and central cheating. Combined with the technology of block chain, which has the characteristics of decentralization, security and credibility, collective maintenance, and untamperability. More >

The Lateral Conflict Risk Assessment for Low-altitude Training Airspace Using Weakly Supervised Learning Method

    Kaijun Xu1, Xueting Chen2, Yusheng Yao1, Shanshan Li1

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.24, No.3, pp. 603-611, 2018, DOI:10.31209/2018.100000027

Abstract The lateral conflict risk assessment of low-altitude training airspace strategic planning, which is based on the TSE errors has always been a difficult task for training flight research. In order to effectively evaluate the safety interval and lateral collision risk in training airspace, in this paper, TSE error performance using a weakly supervised learning method was modelled. First, the lateral probability density function of TSE is given by using a multidimensional random variable covariance matrix, and the risk model of a training flight lateral collision based on TSE error is established. The lateral conflict risk More >

Research on Operation of UAVs in Non-isolated Airspace

    Zhaoyue Zhang1, *, Jing Zhang2, Peng Wang1, Lei Chen3

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.57, No.1, pp. 151-166, 2018, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2018.02890

Abstract In order to explore the safe operation of UAVs in non-segregated airspace, a collision risk model for cylindrical UAVs based on conflict areas was constructed and the risk of conflict between manned and unmanned aerial vehicles was researched. According to the results of risk analysis, a strategy for solving the conflict of aircraft is proposed, and the risk assessment experiment of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in non-isolated airspace conflict is carried out. The results show that under the experimental conditions, large unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with ADS-B, TCAS and other airborne sensing systems will indeed More >

    Building Risk Assessment Procedures

    A. Soprano1, F. Caputo1

    Structural Durability & Health Monitoring, Vol.2, No.1, pp. 51-68, 2006, DOI:10.3970/sdhm.2006.002.051

Abstract This work describes the results of the experience acquired by the authors during their participation to some among the European research programs with the aim to develop a probabilistic risk assessment procedure to analyse the spreading of fatigue-induced damage in typical aeronautical components. The several steps of the procedure are pointed out, and especially the modelling of the damage evolutionary process; the initiation and the transitional probabilities, which characterize the passage from one damage level to a higher one, are fully characterized and their dependence from time and from the damage state of surrounding zones More >
