Abstract Blood pressure is an important physiological parameter to reflect human vital signs. In order to achieve the non-contact dynamic blood pressure acquisition based on ordinary optical camera, a theoretical understanding of the functional relationship between blood pressure and pulse wave signal conduction time. And through imaging photoelectric plethysmography (IPPG), pulse wave signal conduction time of forehead and hand was obtained with ordinary optical camera. First, the pulse wave conduction time was obtained by recording the video with an ordinary optical camera. Second, real-time blood pressure values were collected. Finally, based on the relationship between blood pressure and pulse wave conduction… More >

    Journal of New Media, Vol.3, No.2, pp. 53-62, 2021, DOI:10.32604/jnm.2021.018762
Abstract In recent years, the mobile Internet has developed rapidly, and the network social platform has emerged as the times require, and more people make friends, chat and share dynamics through the network social platform. The network social platform is the virtual embodiment of the social network, each user represents a node in the directed graph of the social network. As the most popular online social platform in China, WeChat has developed rapidly in recent years. Large user groups, powerful mobile payment capabilities, and massive amounts of data have brought great influence to it. At present, the research on WeChat network… More >

BFS Parallel Algorithm Based on Sunway TaihuLight

    Yang Zhou1, Jinhui He1, Hao Yang1,2,*
    Journal of New Media, Vol.3, No.2, pp. 63-72, 2021, DOI:10.32604/jnm.2021.018829
Abstract In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the research and application of graph structure. As the most typical representative of graph structure algorithm, breadth first search algorithm is widely used in many fields. However, the performance of traditional serial breadth first search (BFS) algorithm is often very low in specific areas, especially in large-scale graph structure traversal. However, it is very common to deal with large-scale graph structure in scientific research. At the same time, the computing performance of supercomputer has also made great progress. China’s self-developed supercomputer system Sunway TaihuLight (SW) has won the top… More >

Research on Feature Extraction Method of Social Network Text

    Zheng Zhang*, Shu Zhou
    Journal of New Media, Vol.3, No.2, pp. 73-80, 2021, DOI:10.32604/jnm.2021.018923
Abstract The development of various applications based on social network text is in full swing. Studying text features and classifications is of great value to extract important information. This paper mainly introduces the common feature selection algorithms and feature representation methods, and introduces the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of SVM and KNN, and the evaluation indexes of classification algorithms. In the aspect of mutual information feature selection function, it describes its processing flow, shortcomings and optimization improvements. In view of its weakness in not balancing the positive and negative correlation characteristics, a balance weight attribute factor and feature difference factor… More >
