Gyroscope Dynamic Balance Counterweight Prediction Based on Multi-Head ResGAT Networks

    Wuyang Fan, Shisheng Zhong*

    CMES-Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences, Vol.139, No.3, pp. 2525-2555, 2024, DOI:10.32604/cmes.2023.046951

Abstract The dynamic balance assessment during the assembly of the coordinator gyroscope significantly impacts the guidance accuracy of precision-guided equipment. In dynamic balance debugging, reliance on rudimentary counterweight empirical formulas persists, resulting in suboptimal debugging accuracy and an increased repetition rate. To mitigate this challenge, we present a multi-head residual graph attention network (ResGAT) model, designed to predict dynamic balance counterweights with high precision. In this research, we employ graph neural networks for interaction feature extraction from assembly graph data. An SDAE-GPC model is designed for the assembly condition classification to derive graph data inputs for the ResGAT regression model, which… More >

Fault Diagnosis Method of Rolling Bearing Based on ESGMD-CC and AFSA-ELM

    Jiajie He1,2, Fuzheng Liu3, Xiangyi Geng3, Xifeng Liang1, Faye Zhang3,*, Mingshun Jiang3

    Structural Durability & Health Monitoring, Vol.18, No.1, pp. 37-54, 2024, DOI:10.32604/sdhm.2023.029428

Abstract Incomplete fault signal characteristics and ease of noise contamination are issues with the current rolling bearing early fault diagnostic methods, making it challenging to ensure the fault diagnosis accuracy and reliability. A novel approach integrating enhanced Symplectic geometry mode decomposition with cosine difference limitation and calculus operator (ESGMD-CC) and artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) optimized extreme learning machine (ELM) is proposed in this paper to enhance the extraction capability of fault features and thus improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis. Firstly, SGMD decomposes the raw vibration signal into multiple Symplectic geometry components (SGCs). Secondly, the iterations are reset by the… More >

ESG Discourse Analysis Through BERTopic: Comparing News Articles and Academic Papers

Haein Lee1, Seon Hong Lee1, Kyeo Re Lee2, Jang Hyun Kim3,*

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.75, No.3, pp. 6023-6037, 2023, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2023.039104

Abstract Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are critical in achieving sustainability in business management and are used as values aiming to enhance corporate value. Recently, non-financial indicators have been considered as important for the actual valuation of corporations, thus analyzing natural language data related to ESG is essential. Several previous studies limited their focus to specific countries or have not used big data. Past methodologies are insufficient for obtaining potential insights into the best practices to leverage ESG. To address this problem, in this study, the authors used data from two platforms: LexisNexis, a platform that provides media monitoring, and… More >
