    Long Noncoding RNA XIST Regulates miR-137–EZH2 Axis to Promote Tumor Metastasis in Colorectal Cancer

    Abstract We aimed to investigate the significant role of long noncoding RNA X inactive specific transcript (XIST) in regulating tumor metastasis in colorectal cancer (CRC), as well as its possible mechanism. Expression of lncRNA XIST in CRC tissues and CRC cells was detected. CRC cells were transfected with pc-XIST, blank control si-XIST, or si-control, and then the effects of lncRNA XIST on CRC cell migration and invasion were investigated, along with the interaction between lncRNA XIST and miR-137. lncRNA XIST was upregulated in CRC tissues.
