Topic Mining and Evolution Analysis of Domestic Smart Library Research Based on the BERTopic Model

    Meile Li1, Yinuo Jiang2,*

    Journal on Artificial Intelligence, Vol.7, pp. 509-516, 2025, DOI:10.32604/jai.2025.073792 - 28 November 2025

Abstract This paper conducts topic mining and analysis of research literature in the domestic smart library field based on the BERTopic model, aiming to reveal its topic development context and evolution trends. Journal literature in the smart library field collected by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 2015 to 2024 was analyzed using the BERTopic model and dynamic topic modeling for topic mining and evolution trend analysis. The study found that the domestic smart library field involves multiple core topics, identifying a diversified topic structure centered around “data”, “user”, “5g”, etc. The research results provide data More >

Evolution Analysis of Network Attack and Defense Situation Based on Game Theory

    Haiyan Sun1,*, Chenglong Shao1, Jianwei Zhang1, Kun Wang2, Wanwei Huang1

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.83, No.1, pp. 1451-1470, 2025, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2025.059724 - 26 March 2025

Abstract To address the problem that existing studies lack analysis of the relationship between attack-defense game behaviors and situation evolution from the game perspective after constructing an attack-defense model, this paper proposes a network attack-defense game model (ADGM). Firstly, based on the assumption of incomplete information between the two sides of the game, the ADGM model is established, and methods of payoff quantification, equilibrium solution, and determination of strategy confrontation results are presented. Then, drawing on infectious disease dynamics, the network attack-defense situation is defined based on the density of nodes in various security states, and… More >

Insight into the characteristics of an important evolutionary model bird (Geospiza magnirostris) mitochondrial genome through comparison

    ZHENGGANG XU1,2,3, LIANG WU3, JIAHAO CHEN1, YUNLIN ZHAO3, CHONGXUAN HAN1, TIAN HUANG2, GUIYAN YANG1,*

    BIOCELL, Vol.46, No.7, pp. 1733-1746, 2022, DOI:10.32604/biocell.2022.015784 - 17 March 2022

Abstract Darwin’s finches are the most classic case of evolution. Early studies on the evolution of this species were mainly based on morphology. Until now, the mitochondrial genome of Geospiza magnirostris has been sequenced and the study explored the characteristics of the complete genome of G. magnirostris and verified the evolutionary position of it. The 13 PCGs initiated by ATN codons. The stop codons of three PCGs (ND2, COX3 and ND4) were incomplete, with only T- or TA- replacing complete form TAA or TAG. All the tRNA genes expressed a typical cloverleaf secondary structure, except for tRNASer1(AGY), whose dihydrouridine (DHU)… More >

Topic Evolution Analysis in Social Networking Services: Taking Sina Weibo as an Example

    Yuhui Wang

    Computer Systems Science and Engineering, Vol.33, No.4, pp. 287-291, 2018, DOI:10.32604/csse.2018.33.287

Abstract Event-related topics in social networking services are always the epitome of heated society issues, therefore determining the significance of analyzing its evolution patterns. In this paper, we present a comprehensive survey on the tweets about "ransomware" in Sina Weibo, a famous social networking service similar to twitter in China. The keyword corresponds to a global ransomware attack in May 2017, on which our example event-related topics are based. We collect text data from sina Weibo and vectorize each tweets, before using a dynamic topic model to discover the event-related topics. The results of the topic More >
