    Abstract The properties of infills and the way they are connected to frames may have significant effects on the seismic behavior of the structure. This study presents an experimental study on evaluation and testing of five single story, single bay samples with the scale 1:3. This study strives to evaluate the behavior of masonry infill walls encased in steel frames, with emphasis on different details of the connection of the wall to the frame.
