Abstract Knowing each other is obligatory in a multi-agent collaborative environment. Collaborators may develop the desired know-how of each other in various aspects such as habits, job roles, status, and behaviors. Among different distinguishing characteristics related to a person, personality traits are an effective predictive tool for an individual’s behavioral pattern. Abstract Purpose: This study investigates the effects of Big Five, HEXACO, and Dark Triad personality traits on counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs), and examines the moderating effects of countries where the studies were carried out, gender rate of samples, and scales used to measure personalities. Abstract Human Facial expressions exhibits the inner personality. Evaluating the inner personality is performed through questionnaires during recruitment process.
