    Abstract Pulmonary valve stenosis (PVS) is one common post-operative problem in patients with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) after repair. Congenital bicuspid pulmonary valve (BPV) is a condition of valvular stenosis, and the occurrence of congenital BPV is often associated with TOF.
