    Abstract Echocardiographic imaging provides real‐time guidance during transcatheter patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) closure in extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants. Transthoracic echocardiogram provides detailed assessment of the PDA and sur‐ rounding structures prior to, during, and after transcatheter closure.
