    Abstract Osteosarcoma is a malignant tumor originating from bone tissue that progresses rapidly and has a poor patient prognosis. Immunotherapy has shown great potential in the treatment of osteosarcoma. However, the immunosuppressive microenvironment severely limits the efficacy of osteosarcoma treatment. The dual pH-sensitive nanocarrier has emerged as an effective antitumor drug delivery system that can selectively release drugs into the acidic tumor microenvironment.     The Current Status of Chlorin e6-Based Nanoscale Delivery Systems for Cancer Therapy

    Abstract Improving the effectiveness of cancer treatment has become a central concern for the public. In recent years, in order to maximize the efficiency of cancer treatment, photodynamic therapy (PDT) and sonodynamic therapy (SDT) have received widespread attention. Chlorin e6 (Ce6) is a fluorescent dye with strong optical properties and excellent photoconversion efficiency under near-infrared light irradiation, which has been widely used in PDT in recent decades due to its superior antitumor ability.
