    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.71, No.1, pp. 215-230, 2022, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2022.021849 - 03 November 2021

Abstract Lysine Lipoylation is a protective and conserved Post Translational Modification (PTM) in proteomics research like prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is connected with many biological processes and closely linked with many metabolic diseases. To develop a perfect and accurate classification model for identifying lipoylation sites at the protein level, the computational methods and several other factors play a key role in this purpose. Usually, most of the techniques and different traditional experimental models have a very high cost. They are time-consuming; so, it is required to construct a predictor model to extract lysine lipoylation sites. This… More >

    Cheng Du1, Jun Ye2,*

    CMES-Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences, Vol.129, No.1, pp. 341-354, 2021, DOI:10.32604/cmes.2021.016758 - 24 August 2021

    Abstract

Real-life data introduce noise, uncertainty, and imprecision to statistical projects; it is advantageous to consider strategies to overcome these information expressions and processing problems. Neutrosophic (indeterminate) numbers can flexibly and conveniently represent the hybrid information of the partial determinacy and partial indeterminacy in an indeterminate setting, while a fuzzy multiset is a vital mathematical tool in the expression and processing of multi-valued fuzzy information with different and/or same fuzzy values. If neutrosophic numbers are introduced into fuzzy sequences in a fuzzy multiset, the introduced neutrosophic number sequences can be constructed as the neutrosophic number multiset or

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.25, No.4, pp. 805-814, 2019, DOI:10.31209/2019.100000084

Abstract Hyperspectral remote sensing, with its narrow band imaging, provides the potential for fine identification of ground objects, and has unique advantages in mineral detection. However, the image is nonlinear and the pure pixel is scarce, so using standard spectrum detection will lead to an increase of the number of false alarm and missed detection. The density peak algorithm performs well in high-dimensional space and data clustering with irregular category shape. This paper used the density peak clustering to determine the cluster centers of various categories of images, and took it as the target spectrum, and More >

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.61, No.1, pp. 27-53, 2019, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2019.07756

Abstract This paper presents a new approach using correlation and cross-correlation coefficients to evaluate the stiffness degradation of beams under moving load. The theoretical study of identifying defects by vibration methods showed that the traditional methods derived from the vibration measurement data have not met the needs of the actual issues. We show that the correlation coefficients allow us to evaluate the degree and the effectiveness of the defects on beams. At the same time, the cross-correlation model is the basis for determining the relative position of defects. The results of this study are experimentally conducted More >
