    Abstract The need for a strong system to access radio resources demands a change in operating frequency in wireless networks as a part of Radio Resource Management (RRM). In the fifth-generation (5G) wireless networks, the capacity of the system is expected to be enhanced by Device-to-Device (D2D) communication.
