Abstract Emerging evidence suggests the existence of ‘paradoxical’ relationships between domain-specific sedentary behavior (SB) and health outcomes. This study assessed the associations of total and domain-specific SB, by pattern, with symptoms of mental disorders in Saudi adults. Participants (n = 554) completed a web-based survey between January 18th, 2023 and February 5th, 2023. Total SB was measured by using the Sedentary Behavior Questionnaire. Total SB was then partitioned into leisure, occupational, and commuting SB during weekdays and on weekend days. Abstract The purpose of this study is to observe the occupational stress and chronic anxiety of college teachers and to carry out alternate activities of aerobic exercise to improve their mental health, the participants are 214 teachers from three universities in Yunnan Province, China. Abstract This paper is to study the conditions of teachers’ occupational stress and anxiety by using cross-media teaching method, and reveals the influence relationship between them. To this end, a questionnaire survey of 228 teachers using cross-media teaching method from 3 schools in Guangdong Province (China) was conducted. Abstract To clarify the mechanism of blocking-stressors, psychological contracts, and negative emotions on post-90s employees’ occupational mobility, based on the literature study, a hypothetical model of the relationship was established. Using the blocking-stressor, psychological contract, negative emotion, and occupational mobility scales, 317 post-90s employees were selected to investigate their status. It used correlation analysis and intermediary effect tests to verify the hypothesis model. Abstract Acoustic performance of dissipative silencer was evaluated to determine the effectiveness of perforated duct porosity and absorbent material density in reducing occupational noise exposure propagated from centrifugal fan. Design charts were applied to predict noise reduction and length of a dissipative silencer. Dissipative silencers with various punched duct porosity (14%, 30% and 40%) and sound absorbent density (80 Kg/m³, 120 Kg/m³, and 140 Kg/m³) were designed and fabricated.
