Abstract Sentiment analysis attracts the attention of Egyptian Decision-makers in the education sector. It offers a viable method to assess education quality services based on the students’ feedback as well as that provides an understanding of their needs. Abstract Educational institutions showing interest to find the opinion of the students about their course and the instructors to enhance the teaching-learning process.
