    Abstract To better solve the issue with abnormal failure of electric motor unit (EMU) brake pad resulted from various random factors in the ever-changing operating environment, in this paper, a new evaluation method of performance prediction and abnormity decision is proposed based on the Multivariate integrated random walk (MIRW) model. In this method, the state space model of the EMU brake pad performance degradation is firstly established. And then based on the observed data, the brake pad performance degradation trend is extracted by the fixed interval forward - backward smoothing algorithm.     Abstract The present study analyzed several characters of the red seaweed Gymnogongrus torulosus, such as cellular structure of the thallus, cuticle, pit plug and cell wall ultrastructure, and morphology of some organelles like plastids, Golgi bodies and mitochondria. Also, anomalous chloroplasts with thylakoid disorganization were found in medullary cells. The significance of this thylakoid disposition is still unclear.     Abstract Data fusion can effectively process multi-sensor information to obtain more accurate and reliable results than a single sensor. The data of water quality in the environment comes from different sensors, thus the data must be fused. In our research, self-adaptive weighted data fusion method is used to respectively integrate the data from the PH value, temperature, oxygen dissolved and NH3 concentration of water quality environment. Based on the fusion, the Grubbs method is used to detect the abnormal data so as to provide data support for estimation, prediction and early warning of the water quality. More >

    Analytical and Numerical Solutions of Riesz Space Fractional Advection-Dispersion Equations with Delay

    Abstract In this paper, we propose numerical methods for the Riesz space fractional advection-dispersion equations with delay (RFADED). We utilize the fractional backward differential formulas method of second order (FBDF2) and weighted shifted Grünwald difference (WSGD) operators to approximate the Riesz fractional derivative and present the finite difference method for the RFADED. Firstly, the FBDF2 and the shifted Grünwald methods are introduced. Secondly, based on the FBDF2 method and the WSGD operators, the finite difference method is applied to the problem.
