Abstract Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the level of methotrexate (MTX) toxicity in the intestines of mice and to evaluate the protective effect of probiotics composed of Streptococcus, Bifidobacterium, and Lactobacillus species on intestinal cells during MTX treatment.
