    Abstract It is established in the psychological literature that pre-displacement stressors, PTSD symptoms, and psychological distress are associated among internally displaced persons. However, existing studies have not demonstrated the mechanism underlying these associations. This study compared two explanatory models; one with PTSD symptoms severity explaining the indirect association between pre-displacement stressors and psychological distress, and the other with psychological distress explaining the indirect relationship between pre-displacement stressors and PTSD symptoms severity.     Abstract An otoscope is traditionally used to examine the eardrum and ear canal. A diagnosis of otitis media (OM) relies on the experience of clinicians. If an examiner lacks experience, the examination may be difficult and time-consuming. This paper presents an ear disease classification method using middle ear images based on a convolutional neural network (CNN).     Abstract Dans le cadre du dispositif de suivi médical destiné aux adultes guéris d’un cancer pédiatrique à l’Institut Gustave-Roussy (Villejuif, France), un entretien psychologique est proposé. Cet article s’appuie sur 198 entretiens auprès de patients ayant entre 18 et 67 ans, diagnostiqués entre 0 et 24 ans. Ces rencontres donnent à entendre la subjectivité du vécu du cancer et de la guérison, révélant les traces de cette expérience dans l’après-coup.     Abstract Metastatic spread of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) to the spleen is uncommon, only occurring in approximately 1% of cases. Atraumatic splenic rupture due to HCC metastasis is extremely rare and affects patient prognosis, clinical management, and mortality. We report a case of a 65-year-old man with a history of chronic hepatitis B infection who presented with left-sided abdominal pain and fatigue. Clinical examination showed acute anemia with elevated levels of serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and protein induced by vitamin K absence (PIVKA-II).
