    Basic psychological needs satisfaction mediation of the relationship between kindergarten error management climate and creative teaching

    Abstract The present study aimed to examine the association between kindergarten error management climate and creative teaching and the mediating role of basic psychological needs satisfaction. A sample of 561 Chinese kindergarten teachers (females = 98%, Mage = 34.32, SD = 1.25) completed self-reported questionnaires on their work error management atmosphere, basic psychological needs satisfaction, and innovative teaching.     Strengths use and thriving at work: The role of job crafting and job embeddedness

    Abstract This study explored the role of job crafting and job embeddedness in the relationship between employee strengths use and thriving at work. Participants were 260 nurses from Beijing, China (99.2% female, 54.6% aged 26–35 years, and 62% with a bachelor’s degree or above). Data were collected at two different time points, with a two-week interval between them. Regression analysis and path analysis were applied to test the hypotheses.     Abstract This study explored how perceived social support (PSS) influences the sense of meaning in life (SML) among rural college students, considering positive coping styles (PCS) as a mediator and psychological resilience (PR) as a moderator. 1444 college students (females; 23.55% only child; Mage = 19.76 years, SD = 1.07; 76.66%) were recruited from Jilin province in China.     Abstract This psychobiographical study on Bessie Head, a bi-racial writer from the South African apartheid period, explored early experiences that defined her identity, personality development and prominence in post-colonial African literature. For the case conceptual framing, we integrate Donald W. Winnicott’s object relations theory with intersectional feminism to explore her identity by the complex interactions between her psychological experiences and socio-political contexts.     Playful work design, flow, and employee creativity

    Abstract This study explores the impact of playful work design on employee creativity through flow, as well as the moderating role of playful climate in this relationship. We collected data from 272 employees across various industries in China (47.2% from the service industry; 61.8% female; 63.6% aged 26–40 years). Participants completed measures of playful work design, flow, playful climate, and creativity.     Does artificial intelligence (AI) anxiety increase employees’ deviant behavior toward the organization? The role of emotional exhaustion and leadership support

    Abstract This study investigated the relationship between AI anxiety and deviant behavior, as well as the roles of emotional exhaustion and leader support in this context. The sample comprised 381 Chinese e-commerce employees (72.7% female, age range 21–36 years). The results of the Process model analysis indicate that AI anxiety significantly is associated with higher deviant behaviour.     The association between social support and decent work among rural primary school teachers: A chain mediation model

    Abstract Amidst the unique challenges faced by rural educators is their sense of decent work influenced by levels of social support, career self-efficacy, and marginalization. To investigate these relationships, we surveyed 435 rural school teachers (females = 69.32%, mean years teaching experience = 13.6, SD = 7.7 years). The Structural Equation Modeling results indicated that social support positively predicts teachers’ perceptions of decent work.     Abstract This study investigated the relationship between social anxiety and problematic Internet use in college students, and how it is moderated by attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help. Participants were 1451 Chinese college students (female = 60.2%; mean age = 19.85 years, SD = 1.89 years).     Abstract This study examined how social desirability responses confound the relationship between gender and social media addiction.     Abstract This study examined how perceived human-computer interaction (HCI) is related to employees’ helping behaviors with role breadth self-efficacy and digital fluency. An online scenario experiment (study 1; female = 61.3%; mean age = 30.79 years; bachelor’s degree = 68.7%) and a questionnaire survey (study 2; male = 44.2%; younger than 30 years = 50.6%; bachelor’s degree = 61.5%) found that perceived HCI exerts a significant positive indirect effect on employee helping behavior through improved role breadth self-efficacy.     Abstract The current study conducted the psychological capital profiles and the relation between profile memberships and learning burnout among undergraduates.
