    SCADA Data-Based Support Vector Machine for False Alarm Identification for Wind Turbine Management

    Abstract Maintenance operations have a critical influence on power generation by wind turbines (WT). Advanced algorithms must analyze large volume of data from condition monitoring systems (CMS) to determine the actual working conditions and avoid false alarms. This paper proposes different support vector machine (SVM) algorithms for the prediction and detection of false alarms. K-Fold cross-validation (CV) is applied to evaluate the classification reliability of these algorithms.     Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Displacement Cascade near Precipitate in Zirconium Alloys

    Abstract Precipitates play an important role in the evolution of irradiation-induced defects and mechanical property of irradiated metals. In this work, the effects of a Zr2Cu precipitate on the production and subsequent evolution of cascade-induced point defects (vacancies and interstitials) in ZrCu alloy were investigated by molecular dynamics simulations at room temperature. The simulation results show that the precipitate increases the number of residual point defects at the end of cascade. However, most of the residual defects reside in the precipitate and near precipitate boundary. In the matrix, more interstitials survive than vacancies.     Abstract Background: University students’ ego-identity, an essential component of their psychological development and mental health, has widely attracted the attention of policymakers, schools, and parents. Method: A total of 298 Chinese vocational pathway undergraduates were recruited, and a conditional process analysis model was adopted to explore the interaction mechanism of ego-identity. Results: The results suggest that the ego-identity of Chinese vocational pathway undergraduates is significantly affected by interaction anxiousness, academic resilience, and cultural intelligence.
