    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.33, No.3, pp. 1379-1391, 2022, DOI:10.32604/iasc.2022.025181

Abstract In recent years, graph representation learning has played a huge role in the fields and research of node clustering, node classification, link prediction, etc., among which many excellent models and methods have emerged. These methods can achieve better results for model training and verification of data in a single space domain. However, in real scenarios, the solution of cross-domain problems of multiple information networks is very practical and important, and the existing methods cannot be applied to cross-domain scenarios, so we research on cross-domain representation is based on multi-network space integration. This paper conducts representation learning research for cross-domain scenarios.… More >

    Donglei Lu1, Yundong Sun2, Qinrui Dai2, Xiaofang Li3,*, Dongjie Zhu4, Haiwen Du2, Yansong Wang4, Rongning Qu3, Ning Cao1, Gregory M. P. O’Hare5

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.32, No.2, pp. 1141-1151, 2022, DOI:10.32604/iasc.2022.020218

Abstract The heterogeneity of knowledge graphs brings great challenges to entity alignment. In particular, the attributes of network entities in the real world are complex and changeable. The key to solving this problem is to expand the neighborhoods in different ranges and extract the neighborhood information efficiently. Based on this idea, we propose Multi-neighborhood Sampling Matching Network (MSM), a new KG alignment network, aiming at the structural heterogeneity challenge. MSM constructs a multi-neighborhood network representation learning method to learn the KG structure embedding. It then adopts a unique sampling and cosine cross-matching method to solve different sizes of neighborhoods and distinct… More >

    Thavavel Vaiyapuri*, Adel Binbusayyis

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.68, No.3, pp. 3271-3288, 2021, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2021.017665

Abstract In the era of Big data, learning discriminant feature representation from network traffic is identified has as an invariably essential task for improving the detection ability of an intrusion detection system (IDS). Owing to the lack of accurately labeled network traffic data, many unsupervised feature representation learning models have been proposed with state-of-the-art performance. Yet, these models fail to consider the classification error while learning the feature representation. Intuitively, the learnt feature representation may degrade the performance of the classification task. For the first time in the field of intrusion detection, this paper proposes an unsupervised IDS model leveraging the… More >

Knowledge Graph Representation Reasoning for Recommendation System

Tao Li, Hao Li*, Sheng Zhong, Yan Kang, Yachuan Zhang, Rongjing Bu, Yang Hu

    Journal of New Media, Vol.2, No.1, pp. 21-30, 2020, DOI:10.32604/jnm.2020.09767

Abstract In view of the low interpretability of existing collaborative filtering recommendation algorithms and the difficulty of extracting information from content-based recommendation algorithms, we propose an efficient KGRS model. KGRS first obtains reasoning paths of knowledge graph and embeds the entities of paths into vectors based on knowledge representation learning TransD algorithm, then uses LSTM and soft attention mechanism to capture the semantic of each path reasoning, then uses convolution operation and pooling operation to distinguish the importance of different paths reasoning. Finally, through the full connection layer and sigmoid function to get the prediction ratings, and the items are sorted… More >

Semi-GSGCN: Social Robot Detection Research with Graph Neural Network

    Xiujuan Wang1, Qianqian Zheng1, *, Kangfeng Zheng2, Yi Sui1, Jiayue Zhang1

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.65, No.1, pp. 617-638, 2020, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2020.011165

Abstract Malicious social robots are the disseminators of malicious information on social networks, which seriously affect information security and network environments. Efficient and reliable classification of social robots is crucial for detecting information manipulation in social networks. Supervised classification based on manual feature extraction has been widely used in social robot detection. However, these methods not only involve the privacy of users but also ignore hidden feature information, especially the graph feature, and the label utilization rate of semi-supervised algorithms is low. Aiming at the problems of shallow feature extraction and low label utilization rate in existing social network robot detection… More >

    Dongjie Zhu1, Yundong Sun1, Xiaofang Li2, Haiwen Du3, Rongning Qu2, Pingping Yu4, *, Xuefeng Piao1, Russell Higgs5, Ning Cao6

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.63, No.3, pp. 1343-1356, 2020, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2020.010008

Abstract Interactivity is the most significant feature of network data, especially in social networks. Existing network embedding methods have achieved remarkable results in learning network structure and node attributes, but do not pay attention to the multiinteraction between nodes, which limits the extraction and mining of potential deep interactions between nodes. To tackle the problem, we propose a method called MultiInteraction heterogeneous information Network Embedding (MINE). Firstly, we introduced the multi-interactions heterogeneous information network and extracted complex heterogeneous relation sequences by the multi-interaction extraction algorithm. Secondly, we use a well-designed multi-relationship network fusion model based on the attention mechanism to fuse… More >

    Syed Falahuddin Quadri1, Xiaoyu Li1,*, Desheng Zheng2, Muhammad Umar Aftab1, Yiming Huang3

    Journal on Big Data, Vol.1, No.1, pp. 1-7, 2019, DOI:10.32604/jbd.2019.05899

Abstract Given the glut of information on the web, it is crucially important to have a system, which will parse the information appropriately and recommend users with relevant information, this class of systems is known as Recommendation Systems (RS)-it is one of the most extensively used systems on the web today. Recently, Deep Learning (DL) models are being used to generate recommendations, as it has shown state-of-the-art (SoTA) results in the field of Speech Recognition and Computer Vision in the last decade. However, the RS is a much harder problem, as the central variable in the recommendation system’s environment is the… More >
