Abstract Phytocyanin (PC) is a class of plant-specific blue copper proteins involved in electron transport, plant growth, development, and stress resistance. However, PC proteins have not been systematically evaluated in tobacco plants. We determined the whole-genome sequences of the PC family in the tobacco cultivar ‘K326.’ The transcriptome data were used to analyze the expression of the NtPC family at different development stages and tissue-specific genes. Real-time fluorescence quantitative analysis was used to analyze the expression of the NtPC gene family under low temperature and methyl jasmonate stress. The tobacco NtPC family contained 110 members and was divided… More >

Abstract Aluminum is an abundant metal in the earth’s crust that turns out to be toxic in acidic environments. Many plants are affected by the presence of aluminum at the whole plant level, at the organ level, and at the cellular level. Tobacco as a cash crop (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is a widely cultivated plant worldwide and is also a good model organism for research. Although there are many articles on Al-phytotoxicity in the literature, reviews on a single species that are economically and scientifically important are limited. In this article, we not only provide the biology… More >

Research on ABAC Access Control Based on Big Data Platform

    Kun Yang1, Xuanxu Jin2, Xingyu Zeng1,*

    Journal of Cyber Security, Vol.3, No.4, pp. 187-199, 2021, DOI:10.32604/jcs.2021.026735 - 09 February 2022

Abstract In the environment of big data, the traditional access control lacks effective and flexible access mechanism. Based on attribute access control, this paper proposes a HBMC-ABAC big data access control framework. It solves the problems of difficult authority change, complex management, over-authorization and lack of authorization in big data environment. At the same time, binary mapping codes are proposed to solve the problem of low efficiency of policy retrieval in traditional ABAC. Through experimental analysis, the results show that our proposed HBMC-ABAC model can meet the current large and complex environment of big data. More >

    Mohamed Abdel-Basset1,*, Rehab Mohamed1, Florentin Smarandache2, Mohamed Elhoseny3

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.66, No.3, pp. 2751-2769, 2021, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2021.013092 - 28 December 2020

Abstract Supplier selection is a common and relevant phase to initialize the supply chain processes and ensure its sustainability. The choice of supplier is a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) to obtain the optimal decision based on a group of criteria. The health care sector faces several types of problems, and one of the most important is selecting an appropriate supplier that fits the desired performance level. The development of service/product quality in health care facilities in a country will improve the quality of the life of its population. This paper proposes an integrated multi-attribute border approximation… More >
