    Abstract This paper aims to introduce the novel concept of neutrosophic crisp soft set (NCSS), including various types of neutrosophic crisp soft sets (NCSSs) and their fundamental operations.     Abstract In this paper, a stable two-sided matching (TSM) method considering the matching intention of agents under a hesitant fuzzy environment is proposed.
