Constructing Representative Collective Signature Protocols Using The GOST R34.10-1994 Standard

    Tuan Nguyen Kim1,*, Duy Ho Ngoc2, Nikolay A. Moldovyan3

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.74, No.1, pp. 1475-1491, 2023, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2023.029253

Abstract The representative collective digital signature, which was suggested by us, is built based on combining the advantages of group digital signature and collective digital signature. This collective digital signature schema helps to create a unique digital signature that deputizes a collective of people representing different groups of signers and may also include personal signers. The advantage of the proposed collective signature is that it can be built based on most of the well-known difficult problems such as the factor analysis, the discrete logarithm and finding modulo roots of large prime numbers and the current digital signature standards of the United… More >

    Abstract

The randomness and uncertainty of renewable energy generation are expected to significantly change the optimal decision-making of trans-provincial electricity market subjects. Therefore, it is beneficial to optimize the interests of each of these subjects, considering the unpredictable risks of renewable energy under the renewable portfolio standards (RPS) and researching their effects on the optimal decision-making of trans-provincial electricity market multi-subjects. First, we develop a trans-provincial trading market mechanism for renewable energy and clarify the electricity supply and demand relation and the green certificates supply and demand relation of trans-provincial electricity market multi-subjects. Then, under the RPS, we construct a multi-subject… More >

Optimal Trading Decision-Making of Power Supply Chain under Renewable Portfolio Standards

Hui Wang, Haocheng Xu*, Wenhui Zhao

    Energy Engineering, Vol.118, No.5, pp. 1375-1394, 2021, DOI:10.32604/EE.2021.014641

Abstract Under the background of implementing renewable portfolio standards and the ever-improving tradable green certificate scheme, the increasingly environmentally-friendly preference of power users is leading to changes in electricity demand, which, in turn, is driving changes in the decision-making behaviors of various actors in the power supply chain. Based on this, with the goal of pursuing maximum profit, consumer-power-demand functions have been introduced with some consideration of the factors of consumer preference to establish an optimal profit model for each trading subject in non-cooperative states of the power supply chain, under the constraints of meeting renewable energy portfolio standards. Here, the… More >

    Peng Liu1, Songbin Li1,*, Qiandong Yan1, Jingang Wang1, Cheng Zhang2

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.68, No.2, pp. 1565-1574, 2021, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2021.016635

Abstract Analysis-by-synthesis linear predictive coding (AbS-LPC) is widely used in a variety of low-bit-rate speech codecs. Most of the current steganalysis methods for AbS-LPC low-bit-rate compressed speech steganography are specifically designed for a specific coding standard or category of steganography methods, and thus lack generalization capability. In this paper, a general steganalysis method for detecting steganographies in low-bit-rate compressed speech under different standards is proposed. First, the code-element matrices corresponding to different coding standards are concatenated to obtain a synthetic code-element matrix, which will be mapped into an intermediate feature representation by utilizing the pre-trained dictionaries. Then, bidirectional long short-term memory… More >

Storage-based Control Loop for AGC to Mitigate the Tie-lines Power Excursion between Areas

Shengqi Zhang, Bei Yuan, Jianfeng Zhao

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.25, No.4, pp. 745-753, 2019, DOI:10.31209/2019.100000078

Abstract With the current trend of deregulation, more power exchange between GENCOs and DISCOs in different areas exists in the power system. To mitigate the unscheduled power exchange meets the common interests of GENCOs and DISCOs, and avoids the power over-loading on tie-lines. However, in the current control performance standards (CPS), frequency deviations have priority in the conventional automatic generation control (C-AGC). Thus, a storagebased tie-line control loop (STCL) on the basis of C-AGC (STCL-AGC) is proposed in this paper, which makes a better tradeoff in the recovery of the frequency deviations and the unscheduled power exchange. In STCL-AGC, utility-scaled battery… More >

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.64, No.3, pp. 1587-1599, 2020, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2020.011057

Abstract Metamaterial surfaces play a vital role to achieve the surface waves suppression and in-phase reflection, in order to improve the antenna performance. In this paper, the performance comparison of a fifth generation (5G) antenna design is analyzed and compared with a metamaterial-based antenna for 5G communication system applications. Metamaterial surface is utilized as a reflector due to its in-phase reflection characteristic and high-impedance nature to improve the gain of an antenna. As conventional conducting ground plane does not give enough surface waves suppression which affects the antenna performance in terms of efficiency and gain etc. These factors are well considered… More >
