    Abstract On September 7th, 2017 the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory launched the second Advanced Structurally Embedded Thermal Spreader (ASETSII) flight experiment to space on Orbital Test Vehicle 5. The ASETS-II experiment is made of three low-mass, low-cost oscillating heat pipes (OHPs) and an electronics/experiment control box. The three primary science objectives of the experiment are to measure the initial on-orbit thermal performance, to measure long duration thermal performance, and to assess any lifetime degradation.     Abstract Thermalsolutal convection induced by mass and heat source in horizontal cavity is investigated numerically based on SIMPLE algorithm with QUICK scheme. The high-concentration heat source is placed in the square cavity, and the cavity wall is low temperature and low concentration. The smoke is used as the diffusion medium, and the flow field, temperature and concentration of the fluid under different Rayleigh number, buoyancy ratio Nc, Soret numbers and Dufour numbers are analyzed systematically. Ils ont été adaptés du fait de la Covid-19 : une session a eu lieu en présentiel, la suivante en distanciel. Les données ont été analysées de manière rétrospective.     Abstract Abscisic acid (ABA) is involved in regulating diverse biological processes, but its signal transduction genes and roles in hemp seed germination are not well known. Here, the ABA signaling pathway members, PYL, PP2C and SnRK2 gene families, were identified from the hemp reference genome, including 7 CsPYL (pyrab-actin resistance1-like, ABA receptor), 8 CsPP2CA (group A protein phosphatase 2c), and 7 CsSnRK2 (sucrose nonfermenting1-related protein kinase 2).
