    Sun Yang-Yang, Yao Jun-Ping*, Li Xiao-Jun, Fan Shou-Xiang, Wang Zi-Wei

    Journal on Artificial Intelligence, Vol.4, No.1, pp. 27-35, 2022, DOI:10.32604/jai.2022.027839

Abstract Deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG) has been proved to be effective in optimizing particle swarm optimization (PSO), but whether DDPG can optimize multi-objective discrete particle swarm optimization (MODPSO) remains to be determined. The present work aims to probe into this topic. Experiments showed that the DDPG can not only quickly improve the convergence speed of MODPSO, but also overcome the problem of local optimal solution that MODPSO may suffer. The research findings are of great significance for the theoretical research and application of MODPSO. More >

    CMES-Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences, Vol.131, No.3, pp. 1635-1652, 2022, DOI:10.32604/cmes.2022.018437

Abstract To avoid the effects of systemic financial risks caused by extreme fluctuations in housing price, the Chinese government has been exploring the most effective policies for regulating the housing market. Measuring the effect of real estate regulation policies has been a challenge for present studies. This study innovatively employs big data technology to obtain Internet search data (ISD) and construct market concern index (MCI) of policy, and hedonic price theory to construct hedonic price index (HPI) based on building area, age, ring number, and other hedonic variables. Then, the impact of market concerns for restrictive policy, monetary policy, fiscal policy,… More >

Policy-Based Group Signature Scheme from Lattice

    Yongli Tang1, Yuanhong Li1, Qing Ye1,*, Ying Li1, Xiaojun Wang2

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.72, No.2, pp. 4069-4085, 2022, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2022.026820

Abstract Although the existing group signature schemes from lattice have been optimized for efficiency, the signing abilities of each member in the group are relatively single. It may not be suitable for complex applications. Inspired by the pioneering work of Bellare and Fuchsbauer, we present a primitive called policy-based group signature. In policy-based group signatures, group members can on behalf of the group to sign documents that meet their own policies, and the generated signatures will not leak the identity and policies of the signer. Moreover, the group administrator is allowed to reveal the identity of signer when a controversy occurs.… More >

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.71, No.1, pp. 1153-1169, 2022, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2022.021917

Abstract Controlling feedback control systems in continuous action spaces has always been a challenging problem. Nevertheless, reinforcement learning is mainly an area of artificial intelligence (AI) because it has been used in process control for more than a decade. However, the existing algorithms are unable to provide satisfactory results. Therefore, this research uses a reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm to manage the control system. We propose an adaptive speed control of the motor system based on depth deterministic strategy gradient (DDPG). The actor-critic scenario using DDPG is implemented to build the RL agent. In addition, a framework has been created for traditional… More >

Repeated Attribute Optimization for Big Data Encryption

    Abdalla Alameen*

    Computer Systems Science and Engineering, Vol.40, No.1, pp. 53-64, 2022, DOI:10.32604/csse.2022.017597

Abstract Big data denotes the variety, velocity, and massive volume of data. Existing databases are unsuitable to store big data owing to its high volume. Cloud computing is an optimal solution to process and store big data. However, the significant issue lies in handling access control and privacy, wherein the data should be encrypted and unauthorized user access must be restricted through efficient access control. Attribute-based encryption (ABE) permits users to encrypt and decrypt data. However, for the policy to work in practical scenarios, the attributes must be repeated. In the case of specific policies, it is not possible to avoid… More >

Trust Management-Based Service Recovery and Attack Prevention in MANET

    V. Nivedita1,*, N. Nandhagopal2

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.29, No.3, pp. 771-786, 2021, DOI:10.32604/iasc.2021.017547

Abstract The mobile ad-hoc network (MANET) output is critically impaired by the versatility and resource constraint of nodes. Node mobility affects connection reliability, and node resource constraints can lead to congestion, which makes the design of a routing MANET protocol with quality of service (QoS) very difficult. An adaptive clustering reputation model (ACRM) method is proposed to improve energy efficiency with a cluster-based framework. The proposed framework is employed to overcome the problems of data protection, privacy, and policy. The proposed ACRM-MRT approach that includes direct and indirect node trust computation is introduced along with the master recovery timer (MRT) for… More >

Abstract Increasing production and use of various novel plastics products, a low recycling rate, and lack of effective recycling/disposal methods have resulted in an exponential growth in plastic waste accumulation in landfills and in the environment. To better understand the effects of plastic waste, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) was done to compare the effects of various production and disposal methods. LCA shows the specific effects of the cradle-to-grave or cradle-to-cradle scenarios for landfill, incineration, and mechanical recycling. The analysis clearly indicates that increasing recycling of plastics can significantly save energy and eliminate harmful emissions of various carcinogens and GHGs into the… More >
