    Abstract Rice, as a primary commodity, needs to be increased in production while facing the sustainability challenges of limited land, water resources, and climate change. The demand for rice productivity was not enough to rely only on the fertile fields’ ability; it is necessary to consider the rainfed land potential. Cultivation in rainfed land involves biophysical pressure, low production, and limited access to superior varieties.     Abstract The article considers a relaxation of the water/polypropylene glycol-425 solution with a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) following its pulsed superheating concerning liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor equilibrium lines, as well as the liquid-liquid spinodal. Superheating was performed using the pulsed heat generation method in a micro-sized wire probe. The main heating mode was the constant (over the pulse length) power mode.     How does perceived human-computer interaction affect employee helping behavior?

    Abstract This study examined how perceived human-computer interaction (HCI) is related to employees’ helping behaviors with role breadth self-efficacy and digital fluency. An online scenario experiment (study 1; female = 61.3%; mean age = 30.79 years; bachelor’s degree = 68.7%) and a questionnaire survey (study 2; male = 44.2%; younger than 30 years = 50.6%; bachelor’s degree = 61.5%) found that perceived HCI exerts a significant positive indirect effect on employee helping behavior through improved role breadth self-efficacy.     Abstract Sound contains mechanical signals that can promote physiological and biochemical changes in plants. Insects produce different sounds in the environment, which may be relevant to plant behavior. Thus, we evaluated whether signaling cascades are regulated differently by ecological sounds and whether they trigger molecular responses following those produced by herbivorous insects.     Abstract To achieve the sustainable development and carbon neutral target, biomass chitosan (CS) was used to prepare N,S-doped biochar (NSB) with the assistance of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS). The synthetic route was developed, which does not require the activation that is frequently-used for active carbon materials. By manipulating their interaction, SDBS was deposited with CS in neutral and basic conditions. Subsequent calcination successfully has access to NSB.     Abstract Background: Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), the predominant cyanotic congenital heart defect, arises from multifactorial gene-environment interactions disrupting cardiac developmental networks. This study investigated TOF-specific transcriptional alterations and identified high-confidence candidate genes. Methods: Based on GSE36761 transcriptome data, a weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network were conducted to identify TOF-related sub-network and Hub genes.
