
This study employs R1234yf in parallel microchannels for high-flux thermal management. Experiments analyze flow boiling heat transfer and pressure drop of R1234yf. Furthermore, a new correlation provides a superior method for predicting the heat transfer coefficients of R1234yf compared to existing correlations. It has 93.42% of the predicted values fall within 15% MAE, exhibiting a mean absolute error of 5.75%.
