Summary
Mental health promotion and psychological adaptation have become increasingly important priorities in educational and digital environments. Rapid technological transformation, problematic social media use, online victimization, academic pressures, changing learning environments, and evolving interpersonal dynamics have created new psychological challenges affecting well-being, resilience, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning across different populations.
This Special Issue aims to advance interdisciplinary research examining the psychological, social, behavioral, and contextual determinants of mental health and psychological adaptation in educational and digital settings. Particular attention will be devoted to psychosocial resources, intervention strategies, educational practices, digital behaviors, and preventive approaches that contribute to resilience, cognitive engagement, emotional well-being, self-regulation, and healthy adaptation.
The Special Issue welcomes empirical studies, theoretical contributions, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and intervention-based research addressing topics such as mental health promotion, emotional resilience, problematic social media use, body image concerns, technology-facilitated victimization, self-regulation, cognitive engagement, teacher and student well-being, psychological capital, social comparison processes, and adaptive coping in educational and digital contexts.
