Abstract Backgrounds: As cancer progresses through various stages of malignancy, metastasis, and drug resistance, the Wnt/-catenin signaling is frequently dysregulated. Despite advancements in medical technology and therapeutic strategies, the prognosis for numerous gastric cancer patients remains unfavorable.
