Summary

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly deployed in open and dynamic environments, where security threats and trust issues pose critical challenges to reliable system operation.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has led to its widespread adoption in open and dynamic environments, including distributed systems, edge platforms, and industrial applications. While these deployments enhance efficiency and scalability, they also introduce significant challenges related to security, reliability, and trust. The complexity of real-world environments, characterized by heterogeneous data, evolving conditions, and uncertain participants, further increases system vulnerability. As AI becomes deeply integrated into critical applications, ensuring its robustness, trustworthiness, and safe operation is of paramount importance. This research area plays a vital role in enabling secure and reliable AI-driven systems across diverse domains.

• Secure and trustworthy artificial intelligence
