This study provides an in-depth overview of aeroelastic modeling and vibration control techniques for wind turbine blades. The image as a whole illustrates the flap-wise and twisting motion behaviors of composite blades under external pitch control, as well as their convergence after control. The proposed active method (including hardware controllers and theoretical control systems) can not only suppress the prominent stall-induced nonlinear flutter, but also effectively control the high-frequency micro-vibration of composite blades.
