Summary

The Special Issue aims to gather high-impact, interdisciplinary research at the forefront of genitourinary (GU) oncology and tumor immunology. Genitourinary cancers, including malignancies of the prostate, bladder, kidney, testis, and other components of the urinary and reproductive systems, pose a substantial global health burden. Despite significant advances in diagnostics and therapeutics, major challenges persist in early detection, treatment resistance, disease recurrence, and patient stratification.

This Special Issue will serve as a platform to showcase innovative translational and clinical research that integrates insights from oncology, immunology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, and biomedical engineering. It will emphasize the evolving understanding of tumor-immune interactions, novel immunotherapeutic approaches, biomarker discovery, and precision medicine strategies tailored to GU malignancies.
