Article Processing Charge
CJU became a fully Open Access journal in 2025. Previously published content prior to 2025 is now free to read on the journal platform. These backfile articles remain under their original copyright and licensing terms (all rights reserved unless otherwise stated on the article/PDF).
An article processing charge (APC) is applied to all accepted articles in CJU from 2025 onward after peer review; authors are asked to pay 1600 USD per processed paper for production costs and Open Access fees. There are no surcharges based on the length of an article, figures or supplementary data. This APC policy has been updated since March 1, 2025.

Discounts Policy
Tech Science Press remains rights to offer discount vouchers to selected reviewers. Waivers may be granted at the Publisher's discretion and should be discussed with the editorial office when submitting the article.
All authors should consider in advance whether they have sufficient funds to cover the full APC.
Accepted Currency
TSP currently accepts payments in US Dollars (USD).
